Role Overview

We are seeking polished, engaging individuals to step into the role of a Private VIP Social Hostess with Pro Social Host.This specialized position combines premium hospitality, Experience Design, and professional hostmanship. VIP Hostesses are responsible for creating, curating, coordinating, and delivering high-quality client experiences from concept through completion.The role involves thoughtful preparation before each hosting, including understanding client preferences, researching and selecting appropriate venues or activities, planning the experience flow, coordinating reservations and confirmations, and ensuring all details are prepared for a seamless experience.The ideal candidate is naturally warm, socially confident, attentive, well-presented, organized, and capable of turning client preferences into thoughtful, polished experiences.No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training in hospitality, Experience Design, and professional hostmanship is provided. Experience in premium guest relations, luxury retail, concierge services, event planning, promotions, or hospitality is a plus, but not a prerequisite.

Clients come from all walks of life: professionals, entrepreneurs, travelers, newcomers, retirees, creatives, and anyone looking for enjoyable, high-quality social experiences.Clients book scheduled hostings for a range of personal, social, cultural, and professional occasions, including:

  • Dining at upscale local venues

  • Exploring the city and navigating local highlights

  • Attending cultural, networking, or business events

  • Accompanying business travel or professional mixers

  • Everyday activities or simply enjoying good company

  • Curated dining, entertainment, lifestyle, or special-occasion experiences

 
Core Responsibilities

  • Own Experience Design: Create personalized client experiences from initial concept through final delivery, including venue research, activity selection, experience flow, timing, reservations, confirmations, coordination, and thoughtful hospitality details.

  • Curate Premium Experiences: Translate client preferences, personality, interests, and occasion into polished, intentional experiences that feel elevated, seamless, and personalized.

  • Coordinate Experience Details: Manage the logistical details required for each hosting, including venue selection, reservations, tickets, confirmations, timing, and contingency planning.

  • Provide Professional Hostmanship: Deliver attentive, engaging, and personalized hospitality throughout each hosting.

  • Deliver Client-Centered Hospitality and Care: Notice details, listen actively, remember meaningful information, anticipate needs, and respond with thoughtful actions.

  • Maintain Immaculate Presentation: Present a highly polished, well-groomed appearance appropriate for premium social and hospitality environments.

  • Uphold Professional Discretion: Maintain clear operational standards, confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism at all times.

 
Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age

  • Excellent communication, conversational, and social skills

  • Strong interest in hospitality, lifestyle, experience design, premium guest relations, or related fields

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate preferences into thoughtful experiences

  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple experience details

  • Ability to present exceptionally well in person

  • Warm, confident, and socially engaging personality

  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and personally accountable

  • Comfortable managing experience details while maintaining a warm, engaging social presence

  • Must complete the required private hospitality, Experience Design, and professional hostmanship training
